    I am a sideways changed lol,

    Ds is 22 months and probably 14 kilos. my change table belonged to my nephew and its 9 years old and I love it, use it at every nappy or clothing change.

    i'm doing sideways change with baby head on my left, can't do it any other way. our change table has shelves where we keep nappies, sudocreme, soap, towel. since i'm really short i must prefer change him on the bed.

    By the time you have toilet trained two kids, you can change wriggling baby covered in poo, when you are half asleep, in the dark, in any direction. There is no best, it's what you are used to. I would recommend sideways in the early days with breastfed poo. Cleaning them stimulates them to go and that stuff can shoot quite a distance. At least if you are on the side, it'll miss you.

    just about wet myself with this. sooo true

    we have two side-ways change tables. but as opinionated said. you learn to be versatile.
    most of the time i used the floor with a leg over the toddler once we got wriggly
