I started at 37 weeks - DS was born a week later, a very easy birth.

The sheet my middy gave me said it's ok to have 1 cup a day during first trimester, 2 a day during 2nd trimester and 3-4 during 3rd trimester. I've been having it for a few weeks now - probably since 33 weeks I think.

It's the herbal extract in an alcoholic solution. You usually place a few drops under your tongue. I take a tincture for something else, the mixture is in a little glass bottle and I squeeze it out using the dropper thing

I've been drinking the tea since 31 weeks. I started earlier than I would have done with a singleton, as these monsters will be here at 36 weeks, otherwise I'd have started with it at 34 weeks. I really like the tea and am drinking 4 cups a day. I find it calms down my Braxton Hicks rather than causing more. Hopefully it'll help, although I'll be having an induction with an early epidural due to being high risk and having monochorionic twins.
