    As far as I know, I think as long as you were doing this exercise before TTC, it's ok to continue. I think it's only if you're starting a new exercise regime which will stress your body that should be avoided.

    well I have a test date I am now 4-6dpo so I will be testing on the 8th

    So sorry for all the BFN's and AF arriving

    Well you can add my name unfortunately im 10dpo and i tested this morning after i had quite a lot of symptoms but no BFN I guess i could hope its too early but if im getting all these symptoms, sore b's, headaches, metallic taste etc you would think a test would pick up the hcg.

    Feeling a bit down as we really put in a huge effort this cycle...DH and I have agreed if im not pg by the end of the year we will give up so i kind am feeling like time is fast running out...

    Pigeonpair, if AF hasn't arrived yet, you're still in with a chance. Your symptoms sound positive. When is AF due?

    I'm with you pigeonpair. It's too depressing getting bfn's so I am thinking about giving up. Sometimes I feel it's just not meant to be

    thanks Chan, well last cycle was 25 days and im on cd24 so based on that due tomorrow...however my cycle is normally 27-28 days and im pretty certain i ov on cd14-15 in which case im only 9-10dpo..i just dont want to have false hope i guess.
