dribble rash

My poor little man is a drool machine at the moment and has an awful dribble rash under his chin. I've been putting paw paw ointment on it but wondering if there is a better ointment that I could be using?

Hi I had the same problem with my dd and it took months to go. I used ego dermaid 1% soft it is a mild cortisone cream for a few days and also used a goats milk moisturizer over the top. I used the goats milk moisturizer twice a day on that area until her dribbling slowed down.
