    Well, XH mother's maiden name was Bull, so no not a name I would want to give to a child. As for my little one's father's mother's maiden name - it is a long name that really wouldn't suit for a first name at all (same sort of thing as Trunchbowl - yes my kids were watching Matilda recently).

    My surname (to which I have reverted) would suit as an upper class English boys name, and thus would serve quite well as a boys middle name.

    Now whilst Bull be used as a name for a boy, and my surname could also fit as a boys name, the two together would look so out of place.
