Default Hitting head an pulling hair

DS is just over 5 months now and he's just started hitting his head or pulling his hair while he is feeding or going to sleep, it's a constant fight to keep his arm down (boy babies are strong- thankfully I am still stronger) I don't know exactly when it started and it's not really hard at the moment but seems every day it gets a bit harder. He falls asleep shortly after. Anyone else have this problem? Have you been able to do anything about it? Or did it just stop?

Just wait till your little boy is stronger than you ds did the same thing the dr said that if it hurt he would stop, I used to tap my finger next to his eye gently and he didn't hit himself after that I think it's a comfort thing, little boys are bizarre

DS is 13 months and still doing this. He also headbutts our bed head during the night. Sometimes randomly he'll go into a downward facing dog position and headbutt the floor. Weird.
