My baby was fully weaned onto the bottle by 3 months and she took to it really well. However, the last two weeks I have been having difficulties with her taking the bottle. Sometimes she is hysterucal with hunger but still wont eat. Sometimes she starts screaming as soon as the teat touches her lip. Other times she will just play with it and not suck. She will happily feed during the night though. I am finding this quite distressing. I cant help but take it personally as it makes me feel so guilty about weaning.
Has anyone else experienced this or have advice thet can offer?
I have a few ideas about what could be causing this:
1. I think she is teething
2. Perhaps the flow is too slow
3. Could it be the taste of the formula (Nan)
4. Simply not hungry
5. She used to spew alot with reflux which has settled down but perhaps it is still buring her throat.
