My 'what the.......?!?' for the week

This actually happened the other week but I keep forgetting to post it.

Anyway, I sent a snlugglers nappy back a little while ago cause one of the tabs was all twisted around and you couldn't use it. A couple of weeks later I get a message that I have a parcel to pick up. I have no idea what it could be cause I hadn't ordered anything. So I go and get it, open it and find a big packet of newborn snugglers nappies with a letter saying thanks for bringing to our attention, sorry for the inconvenience etc etc. great free nappies. Only thing is ds wears crawler nappies and it was a crawler that I sent back. Somehow don't think the newborns will fit him!! My sister just bad a baby do they will be put to use but for a minute I was like 'what am I supposed to do with these??'

Should write them thanks for noticing my complaint next time maybe notice the nappy size :/

Lol that is strange I'd send another back with the same letter and write. Across the nappy in big black permanent marker crawler

I would definately call it to their attention. Nice and all for them to send you a complimentary packet however they should of sent the right one. Complain and hopefully you'll get the right pack.

This happened to me with huggies the other day.

I had 6 dud nappies over 3 packs (tabs breaking). And they sent me out a 32 pack of nappies to say sorry for the 6. I got them hand delivered 2 days after my complaint. I was pretty impressed.
