    excluding the use of fertility drugs, the only time you will get a positive (no matter how faint) hpt is if you are indeed pregnant (as a PP mentioned, the hormone HCG needs to be present and that is only possible when sperm and egg meet).

    i got a faint line really early on. It was darker when i tested a day after af was due. Depends where u are in ur cycle and how early u test.

    I got a pos and two neg on the SAME fmu sample- it is possible! Just not common.
    OP- three pos results means you're pregnant I'd say! Congrats!!
