UPDATE: Got the call, clinic nurse said they are all pleased with my 4 good follies and BT levels were great. She said the little one might get there/ might not. Estimated EPU: this FRIDAY!!! OMG now I am freaking out.

If EPU is Friday then that means ET is Tuesday next week (5day blasty) assuming we get one.

I think one of the nurses told me that lower numbers are more likely to have better quality. And as you said, you only need 1!

Martcc, will you start another full cycle? i couldn't remember if you had frosties.
I have 2 2day frosties, no idea of their quality since MIVF don't tell you :-( the last one was the best one, but stating positive :-)

Fortitude, it sounds like you are doing well! You also might get some surprise eggs. My EPU was great at Genea. After we did the paperwork, they took me into the theatre, the lovely anesthesist (and older dr, he was so lovely and kind) put the needle in my hand (which didn't hurt) and said ok, you'll feel a nice champagne buz in about 30 seconds. Then i just remember waking up in recovery as if from a lovely sleep. They just do the twilight sedation and the theatre nurses are lovely. I was a bit sore, but nothing too bad. Really hope your EPU goes well!

Martcc, thats great that you have 2 frosties

Thanks Rittzy we're not breaking out the champers yet though, not out of the woods by any means. This is so much harder than the tww, because i just keep feeling the whole time something is going to go wrong. Just trying to focus on making it to the 7 week scan. Feels like an eternity away! How are you going?

I am about to have my TRIGGER needle!!!! OMG!!!
    EPU is Friday.
The US was surprising. The lead follie went from 19 to 23, the middle ones went from 16 to 20, 15 to 19.6 and 15 to 18.2. The 'tailgater' went from 10 to 13!!!! and (drum roll... one of the "less than 10" ones went to 13!!!
So now I am super confused. The nurse rang with all the details about Friday EPU and said I have "4" follies. But I am thinking, hang on I have 6 cause they can be harvested at 15 (sonographer said at 15 they might have an egg). But I am thinking isn't the lead one too big/old now? So I am worried that what I hope might be 6... could end up 3 if the lead and tailgaters are failures.
Any which way I can't personally do anything about it other than keep whispering to my belly "Grow follies grow"

Feeling scared now as I keep thinking about the unknown- How many eggs... will they fertilise... will any grow... 2WW.

    Yay!! How exciting... Good luck!
It's a fairly straight forward, you'll go to sleep & wake up feeling like you've just been asleep, slight af like feeling... I'm sure your eggies will be fine, you can never tell, I was showing 12 follicles 18mm to 20mm... Ended up with 20!!! 4 viable, 1 didn't make it to the freeze... 1 transferred & 2 frozen.... About to use my second... Don't stress about quantity as quality is more important xxx

Be interesting to see how my body goes for the 5 embie growing days where there are no meds.
