Arhhh clementine - did I miss this and forget to CONGRATULATE you?!? I'm so happy and excited for you!! What's your HCG levels? My first at 4w2d was 135 at 5 weeks 829, which I thought was a bit low? But a week later it was all over for me... Hope your levels keep rising, positive thinking! X

Martcc, i'm so sorry again for your loss But at least it means you CAN get pregnant. Are you trying again?

They aren't too high, i'm really hoping for them to jump next week. 14pdo was only 48, but 130 16dpo so are rising at the right rate. Praying for a good jump tom. i'm pretty scared of it all going wrong but trying to stay as positive as i can.

If there is (((one))) and it fertilises, implants and stays I am happy.
Naturally more increases that chance. Am still kind of scared it will remain at 4 follicles in the suitable size range and end up a cancelled/ dud cycle. Even worse would be if it looks like 4 follies/4eggs and ends up less.

    I hear you!! :-)
It's the unknown.... I have heard less can mean better quality too, I was the opposite end of the scale so I'm not sure if it's corrects but I had a large amount & got 4, then one died off :-/ but I've heard of people getting 10eggs, 8 fertilized & were really good quality

Yup that was me, actually from memory we got 12 (from 8 follies on the scans), 11 were viable, 9 fertilised and 6 made it to 5 day hatching blasties (1 transferred, 5 frozen). I think one of the nurses told me that lower numbers are more likely to have better quality. And as you said, you only need 1!

Martcc, will you start another full cycle? i couldn't remember if you had frosties.

Clementine Grace: How on earth did you manage that? I thought each follie had one egg?AFM: US#3 1x19, 1x16, 2x15, 1x10, 4xminiscule. Endo- 11. Next US is Wed, EPU estimated as Friday. Not sure if little 1x10 will grow enough, hope so. Bit pathetic result IMHO. Remaining on FSH and Orgalutran.Fortitude

Fortitude, i have no idea, but lots of women get more eggs that follies. It could be easy for a few to hide on the ultrasound i guess. By friday it looks like you could have 5 good follies, and who knows, a few more hiding. You only need one golden egg. Fingers crossed for a good result.

Is this your first EPU? You are with Genea aren't you?
