Yeah like sugar on weetbix would be part of a breakfast of weetbix and milk, I see nutella as the same, not nutritious but part of.
Who ever thought it was healthy -

The answer to all of societies problems, sue!

McDonalds have billboards with Big Macs and half a lettuce on them, we all know how unhealthy they really are.
Products that are labelled 99% fat free but filled with other junk, should all of these companies be involved in lawsuits?

I just don't see the big issue. Use common sense and if you're not sure about a product check the label before giving it to your child.

Bahaha.... They already have little signs "caution hot" no sh.it! Just incase some genius decides to take them to court. "judge I burnt myself cause no one told me the coffee was hot".

Its like those parents that think macdonalds makes kids fat. No eating macdonalds makes your kids fat. Ronald isnt turning up at your door force feeding your kids.

In addition to the misleading representations that the Ribena range "contained four times the vitamin C of oranges" in its advertising and packaging,[7] cartoned ready to drink Ribena falsely claimed on the label to have 7 mg of vitamin C per 100ml or 44 per cent of the recommended daily intake when it had no detectable vitamin C content.

Anyways, anyone who actually believes nutella is healthy is nuts.

    Hahahaha Geddit, nuts!!!!!!!
Considering most commercially grown oranges have little to no Vit C in them these days anyway, maybe Ribena was onto something. 4 times nothing is nothing!

does sugar and fat contribute to the growth of a human body?

I'm not trying to defend Nutella - but I think this woman suing is ridiculous.

If they say fat free and it isn't then they need to change their advertising. If they say sugar free and it has sugar, they need to change their advertising.

Yes i know. All stemming from the American woman suing because her coffee was *gasp* HOT.

I seriously object to the litigious culture of the US. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt here and assume there isn't a strong or active consumer watchdog to investigate complaints about misleading advertising.

But I'd generally assume if someone's motives were genuinely altruistic and only focused on community benefit they would heavily lobby the relevant regulator and not sue.

With vodka it sure does give me wings

And on the sugar and fat, it's part of a healthy diet - in moderation though obviously good sugars and fats would be preferable, but still, in moderation it is part of a healthy diet so it may not BE healthy, but it can be healthy in moderation.

(ETA oops over use of 'in moderation' )
