    I once got a refund for the same thing... Waited a month before the seller refunded me.

    About 6 mths later, the parcel finally arrived! It was mangled and taped up and looked like it had been run over. The item was miraculously intact so I sent it back to the seller. (I'd bought a replacement.)

    I often wonder what adventures that parcel went through before it came to me

    Oh wow I'm surprised after that long it still turned up lol.

    The seller replied to my email within an hour and refunded it straight away so I'm pretty happy with how they've handled it.
