Default How many hours does your 1yo sleep

Just curious. I know I can't change anything. DS - 15 mo only sleeps 9 or 10 hours overnight. And 1.5-3 hours during the day. I'm guessing this is less than average as most toddlers sleep 12 hours overnight don't they?

How many hours does your LO sleep at night, and during the day?

I'd say around 11 overnight and between one and two and a half during the day. Usually only a one hour or there abouts nap in his cot with a catnap in the car on the afternoon school run. He's one in two weeks btw.

My DS sleeps about 9.5 hour over night and has 2 day sleeps that last about 50mins to 1.5 hours. To me this is heaps we've worked really hard to get him sleeping this much. Oh he's just turned 1 a few days ago

at 12mths DD was doing 10hrs with 2 over night feeds during the day and 2 x 1.5-2hrs during the day so 13-14hrs on a good day.

at 15mths she was doing 10hrs overnight with no feeds and 1x 2-3hr or 1x1hr and 1x1.5hr nap... so again 12-13 on a good day.

now at 20mths she is doing 10hrs overnight and 2-2.5hrs during the day... (12-12.5hrs)

as you can see - she has never ever ever done 12hrs overnight.

My 13 month DS does 11-12 overnight and day he has 1x 2-2.5hr sleep. Unless he is at daycare where he struggles to do 1 x 1hr, but it doesn't seem to bother him.
P.s both my dd's were having 2 day sleeps til 16-17 months, DS dropped to one sleep a day from around 11months.
