In winter I moved my sons bath to before his daytime nap so it was warmer. He was 6 months and I have done that during cold snaps too.

If we have had a really bad day, or if he's really tired I will top n tail and get him straight to bed.

We bath once a day here though.
We were told when my ds was only a few months old bathing everyday isn't necessary and will just aggravate eczema and don't add any soap to the bath or to him directly.. I can definatley tell when he's had sleep overs at granny's and she has used soap on him (just cos granny's cant help them selves or follow instructions cos he'll flare up without a doubt
