Default who has done a soup diet & got results

So I am thinking about trying a soup diet, I found one designed for heart patients in hospital & just wondering if anyone else had tried any of the soup diets & got good results

I've done Optifast for 2 weeks and lost about 4kg. It's shakes, soups and bars.

They're disgusting. lol. I had to do it as a part of a pre-op diet...

In all honesty, I can see that they'll get results, but not long-term ones. You can't sustain that kind of diet, so you go back to eat normally and you put it back on again. Unless you're really disciplined... but I'd imagine that most really disciplined people wouldn't go on a diet like that to begin with because they've already got fantastic eating habits.

If you need to lose a small amount for an event or something, then might as well... but I wouldn't do one of these diets and expect lasting results.

Thanks I have done all the shakes etc & you're right they are not long term. The one I found you eat normal food also is limited quanities & certain things on certain days. I found it on osteopath.com.au
