When I was younger it was pretty much a strict diet of punk with a sprinkling of alternative, metal, folk & classic rock.

Now that I'm older it's predominantly folk like The Pogues, Cat Stevens, Nick Drake with a sprinkling of the other styles from my younger days.

ok i'm going to be totally different from you all, which isn't unusal since not many like this stuff. I'm a classical music nut. C*rrent selections on my ipod include musica antiqua koln musical offering of j4s4 bach, beethoven synphonies, mozart piano sonatas, string quartet, some jazz like billy holiday, and hymns.

Has it changed with age?? Yes it has. I'm 'almost' embarrassed to post my fav music from when I was younger... but... truth be told - I'd still crank it

Past fav music .... includes (but not limited to)

    Salt'n'Pepa
    Boys II Men
    Mariah Carey
    Shania Twain
    Easy 17
    Counting Crows (still current fav)
    Macy Gray

    Now
    It's more like
    Angus and Julia Stone
    Josh Pyke
    Busby Marou
    Mumford & Sons
    Anything Triple J really

I'm into alternative music mostly but do like some country and rap. My taste hasn't changed as I've got older.

I like a lot of one hit wonders, having grown up in the 80s! 60s 70s and 80s - a lot of stuff that people haven't heard of like Hazel O'Connor, Kristin Hersh, Owl City and David Bridie.

MAJOR MAJOR Beatles fan - I love me some Paul McCartney! Much to the disgust of DH!
