Default baby safety gate/ barrier for bathroom

ok need a suggestion for keeping DD2 (A) out of the toilet but for DD1 - C(4.5) to still be able to get in and out when she needs to.

when C was a toddler i just put a gate across the bathroom and that was it. this time is trickier.

A is currently obsessed with the bathroom as its one if the only doors in the house thats always closed but thanks to the last growth spurt she is now tall enough and able to open the door herself

can your older child open a baby gate (that your younger one can't)?
