I'm easy going too. My first pregnancy I stayed away from alcohol (although I had a sip of a cruiser once later on in the pregnancy), I was a smoker although i cut down to only 5 a day from 20+ and I ate whatever food I wanted. I think I only stayed away from sushi. Second pregnancy I was way to relaxed- I had a drink (and I mean ONE) most weekends, smoked as normal (so 30+ a day) and ate whatever I felt like. This pregnancy I quit smoking when I was 10 weeks, haven't had a drop of alcohol, although I still eat whatever I feel like but again stay away from sushi unless its fresh (ie I get there as soon as they open or I make it myself).
