No botox, dermal fillers, non prescription drugs, any food that doesn't smell ok or doesn't look fresh. Also no laptop or computer too close to my belly. I believe that is why I had an issue with my 2nd child/pregnancy who fell away at 17 weeks.

Mama C I agree with you about the stress being passed on

No smoking or illegal drugs (applies to non-pregnancy for me too).

No visiting countries with poor healthcare (just in case something goes wrong when I'm there, and I need medical help).

    No rollercoasters.

    No motorcycling or horse riding.

No excessive alcohol (I think the odd glass is fine).

No excessive caffeine (again, I'm okay with some).

No heavy exercise (heart rate not over 140bpm).

No sports that could be contact (specifically, netball).

No soft cheese, pate, raw egg, salad bar stuff, processed meat, sashimi (I still ate sushi from reputable places - just not sashimi ones).

I think that's about it... I also think that the food requirements are a little over the top, but I still stick to them. Pregnancy takes a miracle to happen for me, so I figure it's worth being overprotective about it.

Big no no i believe obvious ones no smoking or drinking even prior to conception can help. Also some people do this (no offense intended) but do not start thinking i am eating for two, you are not only eating for yourself and if you get hungry after a meal i tend to go for a piece of fruit or some frozen yoghurt. Everyone to their own but I believe in not eating for two and have plenty of people asking me if i do.

Aspirin, Ibuprofen, scuba diving, horse riding, jogging/running, high impact aerobics...that's all I can think of, out of the things I actually do.

Smoking, drinking and drugs are the bigones I don't do any when im not pregnant anyway so not hard.

When pregnant with dd I didn't eat sod cheese, deli meats and soft serve. And didn't go on theme park/ ekka rides either. If I were to become pregnant again not sure how strict I'd be with the food next time.

Smoking, drinking, eating deli meats, soft cheeses, soft serve, anything from 'all you can eat' type places. Lettuce from salad bars, chicken or fish that wasn't served piping hot, travelling to any countries with poor health care, nurofen, horse riding.
