    Default no symptoms but pregnant!

I just did a sneaky HPT, it was one which gave me how many weeks "Clear Blue" was the brand. It said 3+ weeks so im 5 weeks pregnant which i knew but wanted to be sure as i have no symptoms.

Im wondering when the pgrgnancy symptoms will kick in? im reading a fair few horror stories about missed miscarages and chemical pregnancies and hormone imbalances and they are freaking me out a bit.

The week AF was due i was getting crampy and i guess it was implantation as i havent had any cramping since. my boobs got a bit swallen the time AF was due but now they are back to normal. i never had any implant bleeding. I havent had any spotting. No mood swings, headaches, fatigue, nausia. Infact, i dont even feel pregnant.
A friend of mine said she was extremely tired straight away and that's what made her take a test.

With DD1, i was the same except i got implantation bleeding. Thats what made me take a test. When i finally got a blood test, i was told i was 7 weeks pregnant. That freaked me out because i went 7 weeks with not a single symtom!! I did indeed have a wonderful, easy, full term pregnancy.

When did your pregnancy symptoms start and what did you notice?
Or where you like me and got away with not having to deal with them at all ?? Might sound silly, but i just want something....anything to make me feel like this is all really happening.

    Firstly congratulations

I didn't really get any symptoms either... i had a little bit of nausea but that's it and that didn't kick in until about 8 weeks, the main thing i noticed were food aversions, i would cook something but then couldn't eat it, and they have hung around for the whole of my pregnancy! My boobs got heaps bigger from about the 8 week mark too
I didn't get too tired until nearing the 16-20 week mark and now that i'm nearing the end i'm so tired i feel like i could sleep the day away.

    Congratulations!

I only had light spotting until 6 weeks when I got whacked in the face with the tired stick! Then it was nausea and tiredness until the 2nd tri. I only did a test because in my head I thought I was pregnant and was a bit late lol

Good luck with everything - get to the docs!

    Firstly congratulations!

    Every pregnancy is different.
I was sick as a dog with my twins but with this bub I had implantation spotting at 5dpo, and got a BFP two days later. I've had sore nipples and get a bit nauseous if I eat too much but that's it! And I'm 9+4.

If you really want some symptoms, feel free to take mine I keep waiting for the "first trimester" tiredness to go away, but it just keeps getting worse nearly 19 weeks here, and MS still comes back every now and then.
BTW, my first symptom this pregnancy was my superhuman sense of smell. I could smell things that no-one else in the house could. For my first two pregnancies, it was the MS coming.

Please don't stress OP With DD2 i didn't have 1 symptom, no impalntation bleeding, no nausea, no fatigue, boobs weren't sore etc & i didn't even 'feel' pregnant for the first trimester, i only knew i was pg cause my period was late. The only thing i noticed was i would get some mild cramping around the same time my period would have been due.

I was also desperate to start having symptoms but she was born chubby, healthy & full term & i had a great pregnancy.

I have had the most horrible pregnancy with this bub, i had a lot of bleeding & cramping up until 25 weeks & i also had hypermesis until 20 weeks i only started enjoying being pregnant around 30 weeks, but luckily bubs is happy & healthy

Every pregnancy is different, so congrats on your pregnancy & good luck for the next 8 months or so

I'd be happy to come and vomit all over his shoes if he wants proof

to answer the OP, I felt nothing till 6 weeks, then the tiredness kicked in. Then a few days later, the nausea. But until then I fretted about no symtoms too
