Hi girls, Im 33 weeks pregnant and can feel my abdominal muscles are separated quite a bit, I had a fit stomach before getting pregnant so my muscles must have been quite tight. I’m a bit worried about the pushing stage now (well a lot worried!), since all the advice says don’t do any straining with those muscles, anyone has any experience with this? I don’t want to destroy my stomach completely…
