Default When did you start using #3 teats?

My DD is 4.5 months and I have been trying her on number 3 teats for a while mostly in the arvo when she is more hungry. However only recently she has started to fight the bottle when using number 3. But the number 2 seems to be going a bit slow for her aswell and is hardly finishing bottles except through the night when she has gone a long time between feeds. She feeds 4 hourly through the day.
Has anyone else just stuck to number 2 and did you ever use #3?
