I just googled pelvic girdle pain out of interest, and it sounds exactly like what I have. Good to read ideas on how to reduce the pain.

I have SPD, started with this pregnancy at 21 weeks. I'm now 26 weeks and on crutches full time with a support belt. Can't stress enough for anyone who thinks they have the condition to talk to their dr, seek physio and take it easy. I have three children at home and can't drive or go shopping. Very frustrating. Good luck xxx
