Hmmm, i dont have a signature meal, but i have signature sides that people always ask me to bring to bbq's. I make a mean fried rice that everyne raves about, and also this awesome pumpkin, red onion, fetta and baby spinach salad that everyone fights over to get seconds. Nom nom nom

Ohhh can I come to dinner? I'm English too, and I really miss a proper roast with Yorkshire pudding. Yummmm....

    So, mine are:

Farfalle pasta with parma ham, courgettes, and a parmesan & creme fraiche sauce. (That was actually an old one off a Sainsbury's recipe card - so yummy).

Creme Catalan - like creme caramel, but from the Catalunya region. It has orange zest in it.

    Cottage pie.

    Yakisoba.

    Mushroom risotto (Jamie Oliver recipe).

Berry parfait (easy 2 sec dessert).

Erm... there's probably more that I'm forgetting. I used to make a very yummy mussels in white wine and garlic sauce, but DH doesn't eat seafood, so I never make it any more.
