    Default Vitamin A & Pregnancy

    Hi There

I know that you should limit or avoid foods which are heavy in Vitamin A during early pregnancy as it can be harmful to the baby.

    Thank you

    M

    Hi there
I'm pretty sure no vitamin a products are safe in pregnancy including skin care. And especially any treatments for acne with vitamin a in them mentioned as retinol on the list of ingredients.
