    I REALLY love Adelaide

I much prefer it to Adeline (as I automatically thought Ade-lyn when reading it) and think its a prettier name with Addie for short.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Delilah. I was set on that name for my little girl & made the mistake of telling MIL. Let's just say I didn't use it. I still look at my little girl now & think of her as my Delilah. Such a beautiful name!!!

Why would you be pronouncing Adeline (I will search the thread in a minute to see if you answer this already... lol)?

I prefer Violet over all of them. Mabel is my most disliked one. It sounds like a fat old country woman... the kind who lives in an old yellow sundress and milks cows.

Now im thinking i really like Delilah... Thoughts? I feel like ive been through every name and nothing else is jumping out at me except this one.

Delilah Josephine (middle name holds great significance in my family)
I love Delilah. It would have been DD's middle name if I had gotten my way (her name would have been Scarlet Delilah). I then wanted to use Delilah for a potential baby but DP vetoed it... so that's what i named my mother's cat.

I love both Delilah and Josephine (Josie as nn)! They are gorgeous, and a lovely combination.

My gran is Daisy, and whilst DH likes it he doesnt like it as much as our other girls name! Why are they so stubborn!

Oh yes!! Waaaay to common and although pretty it is bordering on a 1980's feel.. (I'm harsh I know.)
