Do you normally use white rice or brown rice?
Im curious, as I usually use white/jasmine rice because it cooks faster and has a more plain texture. Yet today I was cooking mustard chicken and felt like something different. I bought some brown rice and I have to say, I will never use white rice again. It does take a bit longer to cook, but I love the flavour and that the texture is a bit more rough. Gives it a bit of a bite.
Plus it is also the healthier option.
