the usuals, TV and junk food. Also let him into the study to wreak havoc. Turns the pc and CD player on and off, pulls payslips and bills out of the filing cabinet, whizzes around on the computer chair, gets into my sewing drawer (I keep pins etc seperate for this reason) etc. DP is really precious about him being in the study, which suits me because I can then use it as an extra special playroom

Gets me at least 20 mins of time without a peep!
This! Then DD comes in and tells him off!

For DD it's tv or a movie so I can have a moment (or two) to myself. Oh and a big bowl of popcorn while watching said movie.

Hi-5 goes on when there are 6am wake ups....my 18 m/o chants FIVE FIVE FIVE as soon as she gets up. Bad, but I just can't play that early in the morning. I need a coffee and some wake up time.

My 1 yr old wakes at 3am. Groan. I feed him and change him then I doze on the couch for a couple of hours while he trashes the house.
