I see it all the time when I pick up DS from school.
A neighbour hasnt had her son (6) in a carseat/booster from around 4yo?
I talked to her about it and told her it was unsafe and illegal but she chose to ignore me.
I don't get how ppl want to play russian roulette with their kids lives

I would try and approach the parent and let them know that what they are doing is illegal and if the cops pull them over they could get fined, in a I'm more concerned about them copping a fine than them doing something unsafe.
If they continued, I'd let the principal know and if that didn't help and it continued, I'd probably dob them into the cops.
