    Default Kindy in N suburbs

Hi all. We've just moved to Perth and I'm looking for a kindy for my 4 yo. The local school (mt lawley) is full. He's a bit immature for his age so I'm hoping to find something a bit more early learning than school, but I'm open to anything good that actually has availability. I'm willing to travel. Thanks in advance.

Ok try coolbinia, inglewood, mount hawthorn, joondana. Let me know how you go. Your local school being mount Lawley is a fantastic school put his name down now for preprimary.

Thanks hopefully2. I've looked at Inglewood and don't think it's a good fit based on two recommendations and observations, but they do have spots if I'm desperate! I'll try the others.

Does anyone know of a good early learning centre that does kindy? I've checked Farnham House and Starlight and both are booked. Thanks again.

I've heard great things about Highgate and North Perth primarys too. Depends which side of Mount Lawley you are on. Have you spoken to the Education Dept?

So no one is aware of a good early learning type place (ie not school per se) that they would recommend?

I live near you and know that wanslea do a 3 year old program. My dd goes to daycare in mount lawley and they do mat sessions but nothing I would classify as formal education.

Can I ask what Daycare your daughter goes to? I'm currently trying to decide which Mt Lawley daycare to put bubs name down at (not yet born but will need daycare from January next year). Any advice would be greatly received!

Sorry OP, I've got no advice on Kindys in the area, interested in what you find out though!!
