It's pretty common - your HCG is levelling out so you feel human again for a little while. ;-)
It's all scary, waiting for each scan to check on bubs, before you can feel the movements.

I don't have any words of encouragement except to say I am 12 wks tomorrow and have gone from severe hyperemesis that started at 6 wks to feeling much much better just in the last couple.of days! And my baby book says don't panic when it happens because now is the time that your hormone levels balance out a bit.

So I am telling myself that it is just the sweet relief that I had been praying for! Instead of allowing myself to stress over it!

If you have had no bleeding then there is nothing to worry about - you are entering the 2nd tri-mester which is the best time during pregnancy. Enjoy it while you feel normal as soon your body will be 100% taken over by the miracle in your belly.

I had nausea from 8 weeks, from the day I hit the 12-week mark it went away and I felt great up until about 32 weeks. During the 2nd tri-mester I only had the following symptoms... boobs grew overnight at 13 weeks and movement from 17 weeks. Other than that I felt 100% normal (of course I had the growing belly but that only popped out at 16 weeks).

Good luck and enjoy this time

This happened to me in my first pregnancy, all of my symptoms had disappeared by 10 weeks and I thought I was one of the lucky ones! However, at my 12 week scan we discovered I had in fact suffered a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks =[ I had no bleeding, cramping nothing. So it came as quite a shock to us. But in saying this everyone and every pregnancy is different =] if you are concerned and something doesn't feel quite right have a check up =] congratulations and good luck!!

My symptoms eased off to pretty much nothing just b4 8 weeks. Scan at 8+2 showed a happy and healthy bub. Bit of nausea here and there. Had our 12 week NT scan on Saturday at 12+2 and all was perfect. I worried so much about my symptoms dropping off completely but with no spotting, I had no real reason to worry! If your really worried then get a check up but I think your just at the point of it all leveling out and the placenta taking over Congrats !!
