Default BFP three days before period is due... should I keep doing zumba?

    Hello all,

I just tested (couldn't wait anymore) and got a BFP... should I stay exercising, slow down or not do it at all? Any thoughts will be appreciated... I had a MC in November so I am quite anxious this time...

    Thanks!

I think it's ok to keep doing what you were doing, with the exception of allowing your heart rate to go above a certain amount, and perhaps ask about ab work. My old personal trainer wouldn't let me do any ab work once I was pregnant.

I zumba-d right up to 25 weeks. Past about 16 I just stopped jumping/leaping/skipping. I believe you can continue doing what exercise you already were
