    Default Centrelink and new job

I am starting work next week doing training which i would assume is paid work. When do i let centrelink know i am employed? When i start? Before i start? I will also need to reapply for JET as well if that helps and see if i can get approved for that.

When you start. Just call up to say you have a change of circumstance. You will then just have to report earnings each fn (13EARN for the reporting line) and payments will be based on that.

They tend not to care about getting early notice... they can't do anythnig until the change has actually occured.
