    Thanks for the replies everyone.

    I've made DH eat one so I'll see how's he's feeling tomorrow before I eat any! Hehehe.

    If I'm still feeling paranoid I'll just make a pavlova since I've got 9 more eggs just sitting in the fridge doing nothing. At least that'll be safe!
