My cousin that passed away was named Katelyn - I think it's beautiful and it's actually the tradditional spelling in European countries

My eldest son is Kaiden - before he was born I planned on spellig his name as Kaden, but for some reason when I wrote his name in his birth certificate I added the "i" I didn't even mean to and instantly noticed once I had already handed the forms in, but didn't know if I coud ask for them back to change it. My main reason for wanting Kaden was because I wanted his name shortened to "Kade" I still um and ah whether to formally change his name, but i'm starting to come around to Kaiden/Kaide.
