Exclamation Is this a positive test? Had to hold up to light to see 2nd line

So, this is my first post here. I'm 21 and am pretty nervous because I believe I may be pregnant. It has only been 12 days since intercourse and I took a test yesterday afternoon which showed nothing really and then again first thing in the morning. See, the only thing is, I had to hold it up to the light to see the 2nd line.. Is this still considered positive?

    - I know it's still pretty early, my period would be due in a few days..

It looks like an evap line to me. Did you use first morning urine? I'd try again tomorrow

Sorry, but i think it's a negative. It looks like the line where the line is supposed to be if it was positive IYKWIM, i think it would be coloured if it was positive.

I really hope i'm wrong or going blind & you get your BFP

I think the rule of thumb is if you hold it at arms length and can't see anything, it is negative. I can't see a pink line there sorry, would wait and test if AF doesn't show up.

If u look at the back of the test there are plastic lines, so when u hold it upto the light u are seeing the shadow of those plastic lines.

Doesn't look positive to me, there's not even a hint of pink there, its a shadow. Wait 48 hours then test again
