Got a rejection letter today. 10 years experience and I couldn't even get an interview. Apparently they received several hundred applications. How do you get a job when you can't even score high enough for an interview? Serious low point today.

    Hi all

I have a SIL and a friend studying this at the moment, and I would agree it is very much about who you know, so I suggest being as active in your children's schools as you can, as that is how they both got offered the opportunities - class room helper, tuckshop, P&C committee etc.

    Good luck

Has anyone done the Project on describing some of the cultural, historical, access and equity issues with which you might be confronted with at school? I've done the cultural bit and think I'm ok with the equity and access but am a bit lost on the historical part. I'm finding it hard to put down on paper. Any ideas???
