Default 8 days without formula :)

After a long hard slog with feeding, my milk not coming in til day 7 & me having to feed a hungry baby formula, perpetuating a cycle of more & more formula every day, I am extremely happy to say that my baby is now FINALLY exclusively breast fed, has been for eight days & no looking back!!

    Anyway, just wanted to share

Yeah, I was the same with DD, didn't have a drop until she was 3 days old because of a huge PPH (lost 2.5 litres after her birth). By the time I left hospital she was exclusively BF and at 6 months is still BF and on solids too.

Thanks everyone, it has been a Long hard slog!! We've still got some issues with attachment, but getting there now with that too!

I'm so happy, after 6 weeks of supplementing him with formula, I honestly didn't think we'd be able to turn it around.

Persistence pays off! (and having a supportive partner helped too!).
