I was 19 weeks both times, and both were right.

My first pregnancy, I went for an ultrasound at 16 weeks and they wouldn't tell me.

DS was a surprise. With DD I found out at 20 weeks and it was correct. But I always had it in the back of my mind that maybe they could've got it wrong, so it wasn't until she came out that I really truly 100% believed it.

16 weeks and correct. Scanned again at 19 weeks and still obvious but not quite as good a view as the 16 week scan.

Not 100% DE - Sonographer thinks girl from my 14wk(nuchal) scan, she said there was no boy bits visible at all and could quite clearly see 3 lines which she pointed out to me, but i'm not convinced and she told me to wait until a later scan to confirm. I'm booked in to have a gender scan at a non diagostic scan in 2weeks, which will put me at 17wks, but i'm not sure if thats too early. My morph scan is 6wks away, I can't wait that long

We asked at the 19/20 week scan. The sonographer pointed out the labia, so it bloody well be better be right! We were not going to find out and wanted a 3D scan but she wouldn't face us and all we could see after half an hour was the back of her head so DH asked if we should find out the sex and I was dying to know!
With DS it was a surprise until his birth.
A woman who works with my mum was told 3 times with 3 different babies that she was having a girl each time and each time she had a boy! I'd be changing hospitals if that were me!
