    Default Charting and Temps

Ok, so I have searched and googled but I can't seem to find good info.

In regards to charting temperatures... What are your average temps before ovulation and after ovulation?

    Thanks all

I think it varies from person to person.

Mine is around 35.95-36.20 before ov.
    Then around 36.40-36.60 after ov.

    It only shifts slightly

    Hope that helps!
