    We got $155.

We are single income under 45k for the three of us.

I think our figures were affected as I worked for 4 weeks prior to having to leave to have bub. So I'm not entitled to a parenting payment or anything.

What is this about 2 payments? I haven't heard about it being paid in two payments? We get ours next Tuesday, I thought we would get more with 5 children but we are getting $180....I wonder why?

To be honest, I have no idea, if you get Parenting Payment or Single Parenting Payment you should get a second payment though but I have no idea how much it is, I usually just play these things by ear.

So is this money paid to us to go off our next electricity bill or something? If so i wonder how many will use it for that?

We got $69. Single income, one child under 4. We will get $3 worth of tax breaks for the whole year. So much for the govt saying that families wouldn't be out of pocket once the carbon tax was bought in. I can guarantee that the carbon tax will cost my family a lot more than $72 per year - Pfft!

I had $365 deposited into my account from aust families. Now I get the ccr fortnightly, but it's never more than $219. I didn't expect that much, unless they put ccr and advance together

We always get ftb at the end of the financial year, I thought the advance would've been paid then as well.

The second payment is for the other pensions aswell (so if you get the Family tax benefit and also the disability support pension or carer's payment etc, you'll get both).
