    Default Home-based childcare

Does anyone know anything about getting approval for and starting up a home-based child care? I am not talking about family day care but becoming licensed as a home-based service. I currently do family day care but for numerous reasons, I wish to get away from the scheme I am with and do it independantly. I can find all the licensing and approval forms I need but next to no information on the process of being ccb approved etc.

    Hi Happykat,
What is the difference between home based and family day care?
I would like to look after children in my home, and since we are still fairly new to how everything is done in your wonderful country.
Would love to know how it all works
    Tania
