My DH was on menevit for about 6 months and it made no difference for him. I've read that the levels in menevit are great for those with a "normal range" sperm count and motility and can give sperm a bit of a boost but for DH's very low motility we found quite a few studies with amazing results using 3g L-Carnitine powder, 1000mg Vitamin C, 500mg folic acid and 60 mg zinc daily. It claimed to increase motility that lies around 30% by 10-15% in 3 months. So I thought it is definately worth. He has also been using wheat germ on his cereal each morning which has been proven to increase the volume of semen.

We haven't had him retested yet but it has been 3 months since we started this and (sorry TMI) we have had a definate increase in semen volume (we do the occasional IUI at home when necessary) volume has gone from average 2.6ml to 4ml which I'm hoping means that everything else is having an effect too.

But many people have had great results with Menevit too! Each individual will respond differently and it definately can't hurt to try

    Can't believe it's May already!

Well AF is due tomorrow and I have cramping happening so I'm fairly certain she'll show up on my door step. Uggghhhhh! I tested at 11PDO on a frer and got a BFN and I tested yesterday on a IC and got a BFN but it took more than 5 minutes for the test line to come up and even then it was really faint so I'm thinking it was a dodgy one. In any case, no testing unless AF is one week late. I did that last time and that's how I found out I was pregnant beginning of this year. Don't know how I held out for a week though!

Good luck to everyone testing and loads of
