    I'd like to join.

I'm too scared to get on the scales

I'm going to weigh in Monday mornings.

hey BR good to see you here. Just wanted to say people don't need to say their weight, nor their goal if they don't wish, we can weigh in whenever suits. I find these threads great bc they hold me accountable.

Maybe we could share our weights/diet and exercise routines so others can try them?

I use myfitnesspal to count Cals

I do 1+hr of exercise a day if possible, be it walking/running/bike riding and alternate weights for upper and lower body every second day ....I try to burn 400-500cals per day or more and I eat between 1400-1700 cals a day to fuel my "fat burning body"

I also love Fat2fit radio for listening to whilst working out, awesome knowledge learning tool to set yourself up for sucess!

I have a Shuffle with really energetic (mainly heavy lol) music to keep me motivated. Pantera, Korn, STP, The Foos, marilyn Manson to name a few. I love how tiny it is and it just clips to my top and I can run on the treadmill and it stays put

I just stuff my ipod touch in my crop top (which I wear over my bra to stop any movement at all) and tuck the ear plug cord into my top, works a treat and never in the way, lol....I do love pink/lady gaga to get me through some of it, but am loving learning more about how to use calorie deficits and BMR/BF/fat burning tools too

I just bought the book "change your life" that has meal plans, exercise regimes and even shopping lists.
