I'm so in. I haven't been very well lately and have put on 7kg. My current weight is 68kg and my goal weight is 60-62kg. I'm breastfeeding and have had some nutritional deficiencies so I'm not going to limit any major food groups but I am cutting out sugar and wheat. I'm now into week 3 of C25k and am really loving it. I also have a six week gym membership and plan to go 3-5 times a week, building up as my fitness improves. This thread is perfectly timed for me, so thank you Delirium.
