    67.0 so remained the same. Rather happy given I haven't been to the gym in a week. Feeling exhausted a lot lately and been emotional with ttc so I'm ok with that.

    126.8 today so a total loss of 5.4 since the start of the challenge. It has all been through diet, but I joined a gym and had my first session with a pt today. Am determined to make it to 120 by the end of this challenge!!

    Well I stepped on the scales this morning (naughty cause weigh in days are Sunday morning but just couldn't wait) and I was 77.0kg so 600grams in 5 days wonder what the scales will be on Sunday

    67.5 gain of .5kg Been working out hard the last few days though so hoping come Sunday there will be a loss...

    Challenge Start Weight: 85.4kg
    Weight today: 83.2kg
    Lost this challenge: 2.2kg

    I am still running/walking 5-7km, 3-4 times a week, eating within my calories and keeping track of measurments and steps (Averaging 6000 - 13000 steps per day)

    Default Weightloss and emotional eating

    Hi girls I have struggled with this my whole life and only getting a handle on it now - there is some good info out there once you know where to go and my friend suggested this site which has helped http://www.missfitnesslife.com/ -
    I am hoping soon my track pants will not be the only clothes i fit into LOL
