I had such a naughty weekend. My best friends in the world got married on Friday - there were only 8 of us there and we had a 4 course French lunch. Plus wine and cocktails.
Then they announced to everyone on Saturday that they got married so we did it all again then.
At least I didn't put anything on.

This week I'll really pull my socks up. I had a really hard session with my PT today so I'm going to try to keep that intensity

I'm very ashamed to say that I've put on 1.2kg this week. I haven't even done anything too naughty and although I didn't exercise heaps I did run 3 times.
My starting weight was 68.1kg, first week I lost 1kg and then this week put on 1.3kg, putting my current weight at 68.3. My overall goal is to reach between 60-62kg. My birthday is at the end of May and I hope to weigh 64kg by then.

The plan is to do 5 hours of cardio/week and weight-based exercise 3 times/ week. I've been trying to avoid sugar but have been a bit slack. From now on no more sugar or wheat for the next 4 weeks. Hopefully have something positive to report by next week

I'm joining!! I'm way too embarrased to put my weight at the moment .. oh eff it! I'll put it anyways! I was 85 before I fell pregnant in January of this year and gained 10kg's in a span of 4 weeks! It was all hormones and thyroid and pregnancy but for the life of me I can't shift it! I'm currently 95kg's
I'm not even that big TBH. I still fit into a size 14 and haven't hit 16 and nor do I intend to. My DH can't believe how much I weigh! You wouldn't know it by looking at me.

Anyways, I've started Zumba and walking everyday with DH. Zumba is done on the days we don't walk but I'm thinking I'll have to amp up the exercise. I'm seeing a naturopath so we're trying to sort my hormones out and with a deficiency in vitamin D, zinc and iron, I'm a right mess!!

Anyways, will post my weight and measurements on Monday and take it from there. I really hope with all my might I can shift this weight!
I'm 95 as well, and I'm not pregnant

Is it too late to join?

    Start weight 74.7 (last Wednesday)
    Today's weight 75.7
    Goal weight 65

Can't except use much as I still have SPD and so running / pressure on pelvis is out of the question.

I'm eating all around me and getting bigger by the week. So disappointed with myself.

I gained 200g this week after the big loss last week I expected it though as I haven't been to the gym in a few days and I've been snacking on crap over the weekend.

Tomorrow is back on the horse though. Back to the gym and healthy eating. It's frustrating I have to work so hard to lose but do so little to gain.

Well I weighed in yesterday morning, for the first time I think since the 21/4. I have lost 1.9kgs! My trouble is I weigh in sporadically, I don't follow a pattern or anything. So that's nearly 2 kilos in about a week and a half. I guess it's a loss, so I should be happy. Was hoping for a bit more though. Everyone is doing really well, thanks for keeping me motivated, all!
