    Hey Hey Christine,
My name is Kelsey, Im 34 and we have just moved here to Waikiki from qld and have a 2.5 yr old daughter and am 30 weeks pregnant with bub no. 2.

Its getting a bit lonely not knowing anyone in the area, have tried a few playgroup meeetings, but everyone seems very established and I felt a bit inferior.
I am/was starting to get a bit worried not having any catch ups planned with other mums as when baby 2 arrives I cant imagine I will have a whole heap of time to establish anything.
I was going to start my own thread when I stumbled across this site and am relieved there are mummas out there in similar situations.
My daughter goes to daycare 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursday, but would really enjoy a cuppa/playdate/chinwag on another day.
    Let me know,Cheers

    Hiya,
Quick reply there, thanks for that. Unfortunetly next wednesday is out for me, as been a public holiday we have plans to go visit good ol Grandma up in the big smoke of Perth.
I have a car so thats not a problem.Besides where you are is just the next suburb over, I go there regularly to visit Woodbridge Med center and the hospital, its 5 mins from here.
Theres a nice park area down from the medical center on Elanora drive, which I have been meaning to pop into if you would like to meet there somethime soon.
DD is in care on tues/thurs, so maybe a monday or friday would be better to meet up. It doesnt have to be next week.
I am pretty excited about No 2 arriving but also having small freak out days, wondering if I'll adjust ok. I guess like anything in motherhood, you just get up and get on with it and it sorts itself out. You'll have to tell me a few stories how you coped in the eary days of two rugrats.

    Hi there,
Yep we can do this friday, no worries, that would be great. Hopefully weather will stay fine, I have heard some mumblings about it changing to rain. Im not sure how you do the private message to each other, but I will find out now, and send one with the time we can meet, and see if thats convienient for you.

App thats the safe way of organising these things so you dont get unwanted bogan gate crashers.. nothing againsnt bogans, but it does help if your a mum and have children when you meet up at these things!!!

We didnt move here for hubbys work, we came back to have bubby, as we are originally from WA, we just had a 6 year time out in QLD.This time I would like a bit of family support, So we do have family here, albiet in Perth. Everyone makes out that its soooooooooooo far away!!

I'll get onto this PM thing and you'll hear from me soon. Yay, it will be good to meet up.

    Hey there,
I'll just take the chance and post a meet time here. I can always get your email tomo. Morning is always good to do these things, say 10am? We can have morning tea there. DD has a sleep around 12 ish, so that leaves a couple of hours of fun and frivolity at the park.
Let me know if thats good for you.
