I have no panadol left aswell and hubby is away for work

    Hi,
I had period type cramping 5 dpo, it lasted the whole day and i thought AF was coming early (i now realise it was implantation cramping) so took painkillers throughout the day and laid on the couch. Cramps had completely gone the next day and i got a positive on a First Response Home Pregnancy test 10 dpo.
    Good Luck!!
    Xx

I have had cramping on and off since I conceived. Dr said its fine as long as no bleeding. Just your body adjusting
